The most serious housing need factor that is applicable to your registration, will be used to award your banding. Additional time may be added to your registration date in recognition of other housing need factors affecting members of your household.
If you knowingly or deliberately worsen your housing situation in order to gain a higher banding assessment, your registration will be immediately reviewed.
